We offer many different community programs and workshops to assist people within the community to achieve their best possible health & well being. All our programs are free.
Healthy Eating & Nutrition
- Cooking-On-A-Dime — A workshop on the preparation and cooking of affordable healthy food.
- Guys In The Kitchen — A cooking and nutrition program for men.
- Healthy Holiday Baking — A workshop on healthy holiday treat preparations.
- Healthy Eating in Kids — A workshop on Healthy Eating in Kids 3-6.
Physical Activity
- Fitness Classes for Older Adults & Seniors — Weekly program in different locations.
- Healthy Active Kids — An after-school acitivties program for children.
- Lanark Highlands Walking Group — A weekly walking group with monthly guest speakers.
- Active Seniors Koalition (ASK) — ASK provides numerous activities around the community.

- Changing By Choice — A six-week program for smokers that want to quit.
- Sweet Talk - What YOU Want to Know About Diabetes — For people with diabetes and their families/friends.
- Growing Together Through Yoga — A ten-week gentle yoga class.
- Living a Healthy Life — A six-week self-management for people with persistent health concerns.
- Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction — An eight-week program to help people make changes to reduce stress.
- Ruby Tuesday's — A support and discussion group for women.

- Single Parents Saturday Support Group — A monthly mutual support group for single parents.
