PRIMARY CARE

PRIMARY CARE SERVICES

We provide appointments for registered clients with our physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, social workers and health promoters. If you would like to register, please contact us.

Family Practice

Our physicians, nurse practitioners offer family practice primary care to registered clients. If you would like to register, please contact us.

After Hours Care

We are on-call 24/7. However, after the clinic closes our calls will be redirected to an answering service to direct your call. This service is provided in partnership with Country Roads Community Health Centre. If you need urgent emergency care go to the nearest hospital or call 911. The Mental Health Crisis Line is also available by calling 1-866-996-0991.

Nursing Appointments

Registered clients can book an appointment to see the nurse for allergy injections, immunizations, including seasonal flu, ear syringing, blood pressure checks, etc.

Laboratory Services

We provide routine blood work and ECG services for registered clients. Please make an appointment with the nurse/laboratory technologist.

Prescription Renewals

We encourage registered clients to make an appointment to have prescriptions renewed at the clinic.

Counselling and Support Services

Our social workers and clinical health promoter offer counselling and support services to individuals and couples living in Lanark County who are over the age of eighteen. They also facilitate groups for the community.

Urgent Care

Urgent walk-in care for our clients and for the community is available Monday through Friday, 9am to 10am. You do not need to be a registered client of the Health Centre to access this service. Urgent Care is provided on a first-come basis. The service is for urgent issues only. Ongoing problems, prescription renewals and form completions are best handled by making an appointment with your usual provider.
