Ruby Tuesdays

Who:	Women looking for creative ways to cope with depression.
What:	Ruby Tuesdays is a safe place to share, support and exchange ideas. It is a place to listen to others. We are: Interested in a variety of activities and guest speakers; A fun group that laughs a lot and likes to focus on positive “upbeat” topics; A place to get information about resources; Happy to enjoy tasty and healthy snacks.
Where:	North Lanark Community Health Centre 207 Robertson Drive, Lanark, ON
When:	Meets every other Tuesday from 1:00—3:00. Starting Sept 27th, 2011
